Apnar Doctor is built against the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026, the Cyber Security Act, 2023, and DGHS guidance on telemedicine and digital health records.
We ask before collecting health data, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
At least one synchronised copy of sensitive data stays on infrastructure inside Bangladesh.
We do not sell personal data, and health data is never used for targeted advertising.
